By publishing a website using the SAG Website Builder, you acknowledge and agree to be fully bound by these Rules. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the SAG Website Builder.

By using the SAG Website Builder:

You agree and accept that our platform is not intended for publishing, transmitting, or displaying any text, images, or other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") that may be considered:
- in violation of any applicable national or international law, including laws relevant to your location or that of your users;
- infringing upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or trade secrets of third parties, or damaging to business reputation and dignity;
- unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, inciting violence, promoting illegal activities, offensive to moral or ethical standards, or discriminatory in any form;
- racist, harassing, abusive, deceptive, inciting criminal behavior, or containing negative or derogatory content relating to religion, politics, race, gender, appearance, or personal characteristics;
- advertising gambling, escort services, or other adult-related content;
- promoting extremist political or religious ideologies;
- encouraging drug use or any illegal substances;
- damaging to our brand, platform, or reputation in any way.

You agree to:

comply with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, including those related to intellectual property, data privacy, advertising, and marketing;
not use the platform to create websites that redirect users to third-party sites, participate in phishing, or collect personal or financial data illegally;
not upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any code intended to harm systems or engage in spamming or unethical marketing;
replace all default template content (demo text, images, icons, etc.) with your own original Content. Use of demo content as-is may violate applicable laws or infringe on copyrights.

You confirm that all Content you publish via the SAG Website Builder has been obtained and used in compliance with applicable laws.
You acknowledge that Sebastian Alliance Group does not create your website or content, nor do we modify or control it. We do not actively monitor for legal compliance, and you are solely responsible for the Content you choose to publish using our platform.

If you are unsure whether certain Content is appropriate, we strongly advise seeking professional legal counsel prior to publishing.
We reserve the right to block or disable your website and/or your access to the SAG Website Builder at our sole discretion, particularly if there is reason to believe that you have violated any of the responsibilities or guarantees outlined above.

We reserve the right to make a determination—based on internal findings, third-party reports, or user complaints—regarding violations of these terms. You may be required to provide evidence to refute such claims upon request.
